Delivery in Kuwait
We offer same day and next delivery for orders from inside Kuwait depending on the time the order is placed. All orders are delivered within 48 hours (max).

Worldwide Delivery
For worldwide delivery we are delivering our products through FedEx. The order can take up to 3 - 5 days of delivery depending on the location. The duration of the delivery may vary depending on their policies.
Fees
Delivery fees will differ from one location to another.
Return & Exchange Policy
Zerbaft accepts returns from customers under certain circumstances.
- Exchange can only be accepted within 14 days after the order is delivered.
- Refunds on online purchases are only accepted within 3 days after the order is delivered.
- All pieces should be returned in their original conditions no damaged items will be accepted.
-Delivery charges are non-refundable.
